Prayer
Frameworks
Printable, step-by-step prayer frameworks for the things that are still holding you - and a blank page for what God says back to you.
WHY THIS PAGE EXISTS
A clear pattern emerged in the people God was sending my way.
I realized that providing a structured prayer framework would allow far more people to enforce the victory Jesus won on the cross—without having to wait for an open slot on my schedule for a one-on-one session.
Almost everyone I sit with believes God can speak. What they struggle with is knowing how to get quiet enough to hear Him—or understanding what is blocking the line.
Usually, it is no mystery. It is unforgiveness, an unremembered vow, a person they never released, or a bloodline pattern that began three generations before they were born. It is also the "everyday" weight we carry—stress, fear, anxiety, and silent pressure. Culture tells us these things are normal, but in the Kingdom, they are not. They are legal intruders designed to keep us in survival mode.
These open doors do not make God distant; they simply make us hard of hearing. The good news is that every single one of them can be dealt with and evicted by name.
These are not light devotionals, nor are they meant to be read casually on your phone while standing in line. They are working operational blueprints. Print one out. Grab a pen. Set aside thirty uninterrupted minutes, close the door, and speak the words aloud.
Every framework ends the exact same way—with blank space for what He says back. Because hearing His voice was always the point.
They are free, and they will stay free. Freely I received; freely I give. If one of these helps you, send it to someone else instead of thanking me.
“So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.”
JOHN 8:36
“Freely you have received; freely give.”
MATTHEW 10:8
“The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds.”
2 CORINTHIANS 10:4
“He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkness for the prisoners.”
ISAIAH 61:1
ONE MORE THING - AND IT MATTERS MORE THAN THE REST
If it starts to feel like homework, stop.
These frameworks are simply tools to assist you—they are not legal requirements, tests, or formulas. You cannot earn God’s favor by completing a checklist, and you are not failing Him by setting it down.
Watch your heart as you use these tools. If you feel the pressure of:
Thinking you have to pray every word “exactly right,”
Worrying that missing an item means something bad will happen, or
Believing your family’s freedom depends entirely on your perfect performance...
Put the paper down.
That pressure is not from God. Religion, legalism, and performance are spiritual traps too—and they will gladly attach themselves to a prayer tool and pretend to be "diligence."
IF YOU REMEMBER NOTHING ELSE:
God is not grading your prayers. You are operating from a relationship with a loving Father, not a divine report card.
Follow the Holy Spirit. If He shows you something is already covered, skip it. Grace covers everything in totality—even when you don't know the exact words to say.
Pray from rest, not effort. The work was already FINISHED on the cross. Jesus carried the entire weight, every debt, and every generation. You aren't fighting for victory; you are praying from His finished victory.
MATTHEW 11:28-30 - GALATIANS 5:1 - COLOSSIANS 2:20-23 - HEBREWS 4:9-10
THE FRAMEWORKS
Take what you need.
Take all of them.
Each one stands on its own. If you are starting from scratch, start with the first - it clears the ground the others are built on. In fact, “Clearing the Veils” is a framework to use daily as you walk with Jesus.
Clearing the Veils
A Repentance Guide to Hearing God’s Voice
Use this when you are not sure you can hear Him, or you have stopped expecting to, or have a hard time hearing Him. It names what commonly sits between us and His voice, walks you through forgiving and repenting, and then gets out of the way so He can answer and show you.
Generational Iniquities
Breaking the Pattern That Did Not Start With You
Use this when the same thing keeps happening in your family line - the same addiction, the same poverty, the same broken marriages, the same early deaths - and you are done handing it down and living it.
Breaking Soul Ties
A Guided Prayer for Severing What Still Holds You
Use this when there is a person you cannot get out of your system (mind) - an ex, an obsession, someone who controlled you, someone you grieved too hard. Includes how to find the names, the prayer framework, and how to keep the door closed after.
Shifting Atmospheres
Taking Authority Over the Territory You Are Standing In
Use this when a room, house, or territory feels like a fight—an environment that never quite settles, an office that drains your strength, or an airport that feels heavy and overwhelming. You do not have to absorb the atmosphere you walk into. As a believer, you are built to shift it.
BEFORE YOU START
Four things that
make the difference.
JESUS FIRST
Every prayer in these guides is in His authority, given to those who belong to Him. If you have not made Jesus your Lord and Savior, page one of each framework shows you how. Start there - without it, the rest is just powerless words.
PRINT IT
Do not read these on a phone when possible. It’s best with your hands freed up. There are blanks to fill in and lines to write on, and what you write is the part you will come back to and use for your specific dynamic.
THIRTY MINUTES, DOOR CLOSED
Set the time aside like an appointment, because it is one. Phone off or do not disturb mode. Speak every prayer out loud, not in your head. Your mouth is where authority is exercised.
LEAVE ROOM TO LISTEN
The prayer itself is not the point. The relationship with Jesus is. When you finish praying, stay in the quiet and write down what the Lord says - make sure to test all things against Scripture.
IF YOU HAVE TRIED THIS BEFORE
You are not disqualified.
Maybe you have prayed like this already and heard nothing, and somewhere along the way you decided that hearing God is for other people. People with more faith, cleaner records, better childhoods.
Silence is not rejection. It is not proof that you cannot hear the Lord. Sometimes the answer is not yet. Sometimes the question needs to change. Sometimes He is waiting for you to sit still longer than three minutes. Sometimes He is waiting for you to open your Bible.
He said everyone who asks receives - everyone. Not an elite few, not the specially gifted, not the ones who have it together. That word has your name on it, and it was never conditional on how you feel about yourself today.
God is not hiding from you. He is waiting for you. He’s been knocking on your door, waiting for you to let Him in closer.
